SHIPPING
DHL Express provides worldwide standard shipping in 7 days.
PO Boxes are not accepted as shipping addresses.
Our delivery charges vary based on the delivery country, however they are always listed on each cart’s details.
Once your order has been handed to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery information.
During business hours, our courier delivers Monday through Friday. Please keep in mind that deliveries to rural destinations may take longer. Casil-Knit cannot be held liable for shipment delays caused by events beyond its control.
Please keep in mind that orders over $2500 USD that are sent to the United States require official customs clearance. DHL may contact you to obtain your federal Tax ID or other information in order to complete the delivery.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have 14 days from the date of delivery from the country where the item was delivered to return any item purchased on casil-knit.com. All items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, in order to be eligible for a return. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, dirty, or has a strong cigarette odor), altered, or destroyed. Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface and must be in perfect condition. As this is considered part of the product, anything sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags. To return an item, please use the original packaging that came with it.

Please send an email to customercare@casil-knit.com with your order number. Place the invoice (the one that came with your order) inside the package and send it to the following address using a secure mailing service:

Orders from outside the European Union
Please send an email to customercare@casil-knit.com with your order number, and we will send you a proforma invoice to attach to your return. Inside the package, place the original invoice (the one that came with your order). Attach the proforma invoice (the one you got via email) to the outside of the package so that all of the information is visible.

All returns shipped from outside the EU without a proforma invoice from Casil-Knit will be denied.
The official worldwide distributor of the Casil-Knit brand is Atelier Blooming SRL. Please note that we can only accept packages addressed to Atelier Blooming SRL (Casil-Knit) as the recipient.
DHL, UPS, GLS, FedEx are some of the shipping services we recommend .Please keep in mind that USPS and Royal Mail returns may take much longer to process.
Please keep in mind that the sender is responsible for all fees and hazards associated with returning products. In the case that the parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged, Casil-Knit will not be held liable. Parcels that cannot be identified by the Customer (surname, first name, address, and tracking number) will be denied.
We are unable to offer free returns at this time. Unless an item is damaged or malfunctioning, the client is responsible for arranging and paying for the return of the merchandise for any international returns.
EXCHANGES
Please keep in mind that we can only exchange a product for another model of the same size. Please contact us at customercare@casil-knit.com to inquire about product availability. If the item is in our warehouse, we will hold it for you and ship it to the address on your original order as soon as we receive your return.
Please return your merchandise and place a new order if you want to exchange it for a different color or style.
REFUND
The goods must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, unaltered, and unworn, with all original tags, accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice in order for quality control to approve the return. Returns to the warehouse by mail will be processed within 14 business days of receipt.
Your refund will be refunded back to the original mode of payment once our quality control staff has verified the return, and you will receive a confirmation email. The package will be returned to you if your return does not match the conditions specified.
If the product is customised (adjusting length, size, etc) it is not eligible for return
PAYMENTS
Payments can only be made in EUR.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Casil-Knit offers the following means of payment:
-Netopia (Credit / Debit Card): Visa, MasterCard Once you place an order, your card will be charged.
-Paypal: You can shop online without having to input your credit card information.
When the order is completed, your account will be charged.
Please be aware that there may be transfer fees as well as bank service charges. Casil-Knit will not reimburse transaction costs if you have been charged by your bank.
Per order, we only accept one type of payment.
SECURITY OF PAYMENT
Casil-Knit encrypts and protects your personal and credit card information with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. You’ll notice a padlock at the top of your browser if SSL is enabled, and you may click it to learn more about the SSL digital certificate registration.
You can also look at the URL at the top of your browser to see if it starts with “https” rather than “http.” This implies that your information is safe.
DUTIES AND TAXES
The prices shown on the product listing pages and product detail pages include EU taxes, but do not include import costs (customs duties and taxes) if they apply.
Casil-Knit protects each item from the minute it leaves our warehouse until it reaches you. At the time of delivery, all orders require a signature, at which point responsibility for the shipment is transferred to you. If you have designated someone other than yourself as the recipient for delivery, you agree that the third party’s signature is sufficient confirmation of delivery and fulfillment by Casil-Knit.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
To place an order, first choose the color and size of the product you wish to buy, then add it to your shopping bag. Before completing a purchase, you can change or validate your basket. After you’ve made your selections, click “Checkout” to finish your order. You have the option of logging in, registering, or continuing as a guest. You’ll be asked to select a payment method and provide shipping information. Please double-check the information you entered before clicking “Buy.”
Within a few minutes of placing a purchase on Casil-Knit, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will receive a second email with a tracking number after your order has been sent, allowing you to track the progress of your package.
Please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible if you desire to change or cancel your order. We’ll do our best to meet your request, but we can’t guarantee that your order can’t be amended after it’s been placed.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your product has been sent. DHL is used to ship orders. You can also track your package by going to the shipping service’s website and entering your tracking number.
The processing time is normally 4 working days. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order once it has been sent. Within 7 business days of placing your order, you should get it.
Depending on the country, delivery times may vary. Please keep in mind that deliveries to rural destinations may take longer.
Please be aware that during sales periods, we get a higher volume of orders, which may result in a minor delay in shipment.
A pre-order allows you to reserve a limited quantity of a product that will be released at a later date.
Each pre-order item’s estimated shipping date is listed on the product page. You will also receive an email confirmation once the shipment has been sent.
