We want you to be completely satisfied with your Casil Knit purchase. To ensure a seamless purchasing experience for you, we’ve provided various tools for you to easily reach out to us and inquire about the products you’re interested in.

Although we do our best to make them fit perfectly, please be aware that natural yarns are inherently flexible, and each color may behave, knit differently and wearing it can change its appearance.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your items, you have 14 days to return them to us for a refund or exchange. Returns received after the specified timeframe will not be accepted. Therefore, please ensure you initiate your return promptly. We recommend doing so within 7 days to ensure the parcel arrives at our warehouse within the 14-day limit.   

Please be aware that items ordered from our BESPOKE section (custom made or personalized) are NOT eligible for return.

Additionally, items purchased from our exclusive SALE offers section cannot be returned.

We make every effort to ensure our products are free from manufacturing errors. However, if your item is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately, and no later than 14 days after receipt. For agreed repairs and alterations, we will provide you with the necessary information to return the items for correction at our expense.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging. Please handle items carefully when trying them on, ensuring they remain in new and unused condition with all packaging and tags attached. Remove any jewelry that could snag the garments and be cautious of makeup stains. Garments that are stained or snagged will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: hand knitting/crocheting are different from things made by machine. They are unique, so small imperfections may appear, depending on the work of each craftsman.
